Case Number
Automatically filled with a prefix number and then manually completed, can be entirely provided by RMS Service when connected.
A temporary Case-Number is automatically provided by the client if no Case Number is supplied by the officer. This is then converted later into a permanent Case-Number by manual update or on initial upload to the RMS Service.

Date Reported
Manual entry of date incident first reported. Validity check is performed. Automatically fills in today's date in Month Day CenturyYear and Day of Week/

Ofc ID No.
ID number of officer signed onto system, may be manually entered.

District
Reporting District or "Dispatch Group" can be filled in from a CAD dispatch message importation or manually entered.

Beat
Beat can be automatically filled in from a CAD dispatch message importation. Can be manually overridden.
